The Challenge: Replace aging, builder-grade vinyl windows and builder doors to improve energy efficiency and curb appeal.

Upgraded the rear exit with a high-efficiency sliding patio door, and transformed the entryway with a custom steel door featuring a modern glass insert and matching transom.

The Challenge: The client needed to replace broken, foggy, and drafty old vinyl windows in their upper kids' bedrooms. During our site assessment, we noted two critical issues: one bedroom suffered from intense summer solar heat, and that side of the home faced severe, direct wind exposure.
